Player/Entrant Acknowledgement

By submitting this Registration Application Form, the Player/Entrant automatically acknowledges and agrees that they are bound by the terms and conditions explained below.

1. The Player/Entrant hereby wishes to submit their application for entry into the 2025 Everest of Bowls at Mandurah Bowling & Recreation Club Inc.

2. The Player/Entrant understands that in order for this application to be confirmed, payment of the full $1,000.00 entry fee must be received by EFT into the Everest Bank Account. Funds must be cleared before entry is confirmed.

3. Early registration is available via deposit of $250.00 into the Everest Bank Account and completion and return of the Player Registration Form. Early registration deposits are non-refundable.

4. Entries close on the 1st March 2025. Entries should be secured early to avoid disappointment. Late entries may be accepted by the Everest Committee, in exceptional circumstances. Entrance fees will be fully refunded if the event does not proceed.

5. The Player/Entrant understands and agrees to be bound by rules of the Governing Body (Everest Committee) throughout the tournament, before the tournament and following the tournament. These rules may be varied at any time by the Everest Committee, providing they do not contravene the international laws of the sport of bowls.

6. The Player/Entrant, their sponsors and affiliated parties automatically understand and agree that the Everest of Bowls is not bound by any external ruling body, organisation, peak body, association, political party, membership group or any other group or association whatsoever in respect of the tournament. Players/Entrants are not required to be registered, aligned, affiliated or interested in any other organisation, body, club or association to enter the Tournament.

7. The Everest Committee is entitled to accept or refuse application for entry for any reason whatsoever. Refusal of an application does not entitle the Player/Entrant to any explanation, reason or exception to the decision of the Everest Committee.

8. Once this application is accepted, the Player/Entrant agrees to make themselves available for play on the days and at the times according to the live draw which will be held at least seven days prior to commencement of the Tournament. The live draw will be streamed on Facebook Live.

9. Conditions of play will be made available on request and may be varied at any time, at the sole discretion of the Governing Body.

10. Winnings will be disbursed according to the details noted in this form. The Everest Committee accepts no liability in relation to the nature of sponsorships and prize money disbursement. These arrangements should be agreed between the entrant and their sponsor/s and communicated to the Everest Committee prior to event commencement.

11. Aggressive behaviour in any form whilst being involved in the Tournament, aimed at any player, official, volunteer, spectator or club member may result in disqualification from the event and future participation may be refused.

12. The Everest of Bowls is a privately owned and operated Lawn Bowls Tournament and al rights are reserved for the sole benefit of the Everest of Bowls committee.
